How We Work Together
Coaching usually takes place online through Zoom, so you can join from home with a cuppa, no rushing around, no awkward waiting rooms, and no need to have your life perfectly together before you arrive.
We’ll begin with a free initial discovery call where we can talk about what you’d like support with, what feels difficult at the moment,
and what you hope to get from coaching. If it feels like the right fit, we can then arrange your first session.
Coaching sessions are usually one hour and take place every one to two weeks, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
There is flexibility throughout, because real change needs to fit your actual life, not some perfect version of it.
Each session gives us time to talk honestly, untangle what is going on, and create small, realistic steps to help you move forward.
You may also have gentle actions or reflections between sessions to help you stay connected to your progress.
You’ll also have WhatsApp support between sessions, so you can check in, ask questions, share wins, or get support when motivation dips
and old patterns start trying their luck again.
For women local to me, in-person coaching may also be available, including relaxed sit-down sessions, walk-and-talk coaching,
or a more personal wellness support session depending on what you need.
The aim is simple: support during the session, gentle accountability between sessions, and a way forward that feels realistic for you.
